Iva M. Wilson
Iva Wilson is former president of a company with $500 million in sales in the electronic components market. An accomplished leader, Iva raised product quality and service to bring the company from last in the industry to second. She created a management team capable of working across boundaries and initiated Total Quality Management, expanding it to include principles of organizational learning. She also led a successful transformation in an acquired company, creating the conditions needed to retain employee loyalty. Her last leadership position was heading up a start-up, building it from the ground up and getting it ready to produce the product for which, before she took over, only research developed process was available. Her work at The Coaching Collaborative is supported by her 30 years of experience as a leader of Philips Display Components a manufacturer of TV and Computer tubes, Society for Organizational Learning, a spin-off from MIT, and Gyricon, a Xerox start-up company making paper like displays. Although Gyricon does not exist anymore, the same technology is used in the Kindle display that is today manufactured in Taiwan. Iva has a doctorate in electrical engineering from University of Stuttgart and an MBA from The University of Chicago.

Peter de Ruiter
Peter de Ruiter is an independent advisor of industry and a participant in start-ups. He began his own business some 10 years ago after having had a quite successful international career with Philips Electronics.
During his work for Philips Electronics he has been tasked with a variety of assignments ranging from setting up international key account management to the complete restructuring of a European divisional sales organization and from organizing Total Quality Management to the introduction of Strategic Auditing.
Peter has gained a vast international experience in technical, business and financial matters and he combines the broad cultural overview with an eye for the details that are relevant. He is a wonderful person to make the connection from mission to strategy to tactics and back.
In his approach to any issue, Peter is keen on getting the intellectual concepts right and he does not stop until he has reached the desired structural results. In his business approach to issues he is result oriented and can be very direct and thanks to his open and friendly attitude it is easy for him to establish and maintain contact. It is both the broad outlines and the intricate detail that has his attention and he is quick at putting his finger on the sore spot.
Peter has a degree from the School of Electrical Engineering of Eindhoven and from the University of Amsterdam (economics).
